Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Super Calendar ("the app"), a board view application for monday.com developed and maintained by Straviont ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Super Calendar provides a calendar view within monday.com that displays board items as events and lets you schedule, reschedule, and organize work directly on your board. The app operates within monday.com and depends on the monday.com platform to function.

You must have a valid monday.com account and appropriate permissions to install and use the app. Access to certain features depends on your role and permissions within monday.com. Users without API access (such as viewers) may not be able to use the app.

You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with monday.com's own terms of service. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its underlying systems.

Your use of data through the app is described in our Privacy Policy. The app does not store your board data on its own servers; all data is handled within monday.com's infrastructure. You remain responsible for the content on your monday.com boards.

The app operates entirely within, and depends upon, the monday.com platform, which is provided by a third party outside our control. We are not responsible for any interruption, malfunction, data loss, change, or discontinuation of the app that results from changes to, or the unavailability of, the monday.com platform, its API, or its services. Your use of monday.com is governed by monday.com's own terms and policies.

We aim to keep the app available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time, with or without notice.

By installing the app, you agree that we may contact you regarding the app, including important updates, changes to the service, security notices, and information about features. We will not sell your contact information to third parties.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements, be compatible with your configuration, or operate without interruption or error. You use the app at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

(a) In no event shall Straviont be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

(b) Straviont's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the app or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (i) the total amount you paid for the app in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or (ii) fifty euros (EUR 50).

(c) Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Straviont and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the app, your content on monday.com, or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
