TIPS & TRICKS

Small habits that save the most time

The board is mapped and the calendar is running. These are the things teams find on their own after a few weeks.

IN DAILY USE

Once you are running

Six things worth trying

Integration with Google Calendar

To sync your Google Calendar events directly into the calendar, go to Integrations at the board level, search for Google Calendar, and select the recipe:

“When an event is created in Google Calendar, create an item and sync future changes from Google Calendar.”

This integration needs to be set up individually for each user.

Plan from the Unscheduled panel

Keep it open while you plan the week and drag items straight onto a day. The dates are written back to the board as you drop them.

Drag an event back to unschedule it

Moving an event from the grid into the panel clears its dates — faster than opening the item to empty the date columns.

Resize instead of editing

Pull the bottom edge of an event to change how long it runs. Only the end date column is touched.

Filter by people for a one-person view

Pick one or two names in the people filter before a check-in. Filters are yours only and never change what others see.

Tighten the visible hours

Set Available hours to the team's real working day. Day and week views get denser and easier to read, and Show 24h is one click away.

One view per way of working

A board can hold several Super Calendar views with different display settings — for example one for dispatch and one for the month overview.
