This Privacy Policy explains how Super Calendar ("the app"), developed by Straviont ("we", "us"), handles data when you use it within monday.com. By installing or using Super Calendar, you agree to the practices described here.

Super Calendar is a board view application for monday.com, developed and maintained by Straviont. You can reach us via straviont.com.

Super Calendar operates entirely within monday.com and accesses the following through monday.com's API, solely to provide the app's functionality:

• Board items and their column values (dates, status, type, notes) — to display them as calendar events.
• Board members' names and profile images — to show who is assigned to events and to populate the people filter.
• Team information (teams assigned to boards and your team memberships) — to display and filter events by team.
• Your monday.com user ID — to identify you, filter events assigned to you, and store your personal preferences.

Super Calendar has no backend database of its own. We do not store your board data, personal information, or content on our servers.

• App configuration (such as column mappings, display preferences, and filter selections) is stored using monday.com's own secure storage (monday.storage), within monday.com's infrastructure.
• To improve performance, some board data may be cached locally in your own browser. This cache remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.

We do not collect or store email addresses, passwords, payment information, or any data originating outside monday.com. We do not use analytics, tracking, or telemetry services.

Super Calendar does not share your data with any third party. All data access occurs through monday.com's official API and SDK. No data is sent to any external service.

Because Super Calendar runs on monday.com's hosting (monday code) and uses monday.com's storage, your data is protected by monday.com's own security infrastructure. We do not maintain separate copies of your data.

As all data is managed within monday.com, you can control the app's access by uninstalling it at any time, which removes its access to your monday.com account. For questions about data handled by monday.com itself, please refer to monday.com's own privacy policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
